I was give a set as a gift over a year ago. One has stopped working even with new batteries installed. I called where she purchased it from and was told they could do nothing about it and gave her a number to call Wolfgang Puck. I have tried numerous times to contact them with no success. One would expect a item of this cost to last longer before failure. I would like to be able to contact someone to maybe have it replaced.
