I purchased a Paula Dean sofa for $3000 just over 1 1/2 years ago. The feathers are coming out and sticking us and the material is balling. I have been made aware that the manufacturer is aware of the situation and is unwilling to make it right. They said to use a clothes shaver for a $3000 sofa. This is not ok in my mind. User's recommendation: Don't buy this furniture, they don't honor warranty and sell furniture they know is bad.
