I have a beautiful Coach purse. I took it to the outlet store to inquire about fixing the zipper and I asked about the warranty. The salesman told me that they offer a lifetime warranty for the purse but the zipper is not part of the purse. PLUS , the life of the bag is not to exceed 5 years? Needless to say, I had a purse picked out to buy but I think I’ll spend my money on a different brand that has better customer service and doesn’t play words games with “lifetime warranty.” My husband buys tools and they are guaranteed for life. I have gotten things from Pampered Chef and they replaced it for me for free. Shame on you Coach!! No more money to you.
