Transmission cooling lines are leaking on my Avenger and is making a humming sound. I was told to bring my car in and a rental car would be provided. I arrive and was told they had no car rental for me. I asked for my car back. Daryl at the service desk stated the technician checked the car and stated fluid was good and heard no sound. IMPOSSIBLE since the Technician only drove the car .8 miles! I was there for a total of 15 minutes. No way the technician had time to drive my car and check the transmission fluid! I asked Daryl what he was going to do to help me with my car. He said " NOTHING". I said "like always". He said " YUP!" User's recommendation: Never pay for extended warranty or lifetime warranty.
