I bought a life time subscription in 2009. I was on the phone with XM helping me set the radio up in my car. I had the same car until fall of 2015. When I bought the new vehicle I called XM and they assured me everything would be okay and to call when the free trial was up on the new car and they would transfer my existing subscription. Well that didn't happen and now they tell me that my life time subscription was only for a transferable device. Good grief why would anyone knowingly setup a life time subscription in a car that you knew eventually you would trade in.
