my butt - I bought a lifetime membership about 10 years ago from Actual Tests and used it off and on for those 10 years. Went to login and can't go anywhere unless I buy a lifetime membership. Contacted customer support (laugh) who told me I needed to provide them with payment confirmation. FROM 10 YEARS AGO. When did I - the customer - have to keep records for them? Very very unhappy with these guys. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY MEMBERSHIP FROM THEM EVER!!
