Similar experience as th writer of the most resent review. After many emails fighting to get a new password for an account from about 10 years back. I can clearly see exams listed on their site that are not listed when I log in. They are holding back more recent material from users that have older lifetime memberships. They refused in many emails to acknowledge that the exam existed on their site even when I showed screenshots from their own website showing "Access exam X now for $149." Further via the customer service email they won't provide names or phone numbers of anyone to escalate a complaint to. BBB shows them registered in MD. Someone in that state should take action to shut them down.
