Bought wireless speaker system 84483 and AUX adapter broke off inside base station. Called and they said they would only give me a store credit because it's over a year old. I told them I wanted a refund like their Lifetime Guarantee states on the Invoice. Now stuck with defective merchandise & don't want a store credit for more of their cheap merchandise. Do not buy anything from these folks, there is no quality and Customer Service sucks. Out $149.95 and told them to take me off their mailing list permanently. Their statement on the Invoice reads " A Lifetime Guarantee of Complete Satisfaction, if any of our products ever disappoints you for any reason you may return it for exchange, credit, or refund".
