Mom was accidentally pushing the Life Alert button under her armpit. With no response from her; other family members were called and notified. I, [daughter], live across the street and ran to mom’s house. She was fine. Other family members had also been notified and called me. I informed them she was fine. First responders were on their way as well. [Life Alert] spoke to me and her and soon everything was fine. I apologized and they left.
