Had a Croach route manager by the name of Justin Crosby come to my home and offer their services as an $80 every two months with the initial service being only $40. He set me up with an appointment for 12/15. I get a call on 12/13, “hey our tech is at your home, no one is answering”... I log into my bank account and what do I see a $79 charge from Croach! Not the $40 initial charge that was told to me. So I call up their customer service# and talk to a “Janet” whom tells me she can’t do anything it’ll be about a week before an account manager will call me to correct their error and CANCEL my service. I do not wish to business with a company whom lies, and cannot properly set up an appointment.
