WAS PROMISED A REPLACMENT PHONE IN 3 DAYS ORDER WASNT EVEN PROCESSED UNTIL THE 3RD DAY, WHICH NOW MAKES 3 WEEKS WITH NO PHONE SERVICE BECAUSE THEIR EQUIPMENT IS SUB-STANDARD AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE....... INCOMPIDE INCOMPIDE User's recommendation: RUN,RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN, THIS IS A SORRY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.
