What a worthless company! I spent 15 hours on the phone with them getting passed around and told several different stories about how I could be reimbursed. In the end I had to purchase a new phone as it was my business phone and still after 22 days they haven't taken care of a thing. They told me they would reimburse a the cost of the phone minus the deductible so I bought a new phone and now they are sending me a replacement phone that honestly I can't use. Run from these guys as fast as you can. User's recommendation: Run fast and far from these guys.
