After a very easy process to find and buy the trainer, I waited weeks then asked status, was told the product shipped and I'd get tracking information soon. Waited and waited and sent requests for an update, and silence. Then 6 weeks after they said the product had shipped they said it didn't ship but was shipping soon. I then asked for my money back and the same day they said it didn't ship they came back and said that it actually did ship so if I cancelled the order I'd have to pay 2 way shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. So a trail of lies and this is definitely a scam or the most inept company around. Luckily I bought the product on a credit card so disputed the charge and the credit card company took over and gave me a credit. Don't buy anything from this company.
