Hello D, Your order has shipped. (Order#: 49825 placed on 07/28/2014) Shipped on 8/13/2014 USPS Standard 9400111899561919896880 8/13/2014 Got the battery in Sept 2014. It worked for less than 2 hours. I had it recharging for a long while. Then after dealing with a personal problem, and putting my back out requiring me to be away from home til last Spring. I contacted batterybay.net on May. I wrote to them via email Hi I'm sorry to have to contact you regarding my battery. but it had very poor performance and I am very unsatisfied. I have used it maybe a couple of hrs on two occasions. Now for last month [since I got home from the hospital after a big injury kept me away for a while] have tried to recharge the battery and the red light goes on but never turns green on my archos. I am fed up with this battery, why I am contacting you now. I want a replacement please. My old original archos battery gave me 3 yrs approx of zero problems and always charged right up I used it rather frequently too. This one you sold me gave me maybe an hour if that til it became a nightmare and would not charge again. Was it defective? How can you make this nightmare go away? I used to love my archos tablet mp3 player now I hate it cuz I can't use it. The info on back of package is CS AVS7XL code # 4 89412* 026815 It says long lasting....my.....XXXX Please help me get my player working again with a battery that actually works and is flawless. Regretfully, D S At the end of May 2015 I got this from Benny You can return it back to us for replacement in that case. Thanks and hope to hear from you again soon. I didn't have help til after the Summer in Sept to send it back. Since they would not do an RMA with shipping. Shame on them for their cheap ways. ME : have a problem im disabled , i don't get out without help from downstate, and i have no idea how to send overseas. can you send me a prepaid shipping label and ill pack it in the package and send back? He said no. I tell him this... well since i got less than 2% out of it, but i know you won't take my word, ill go as low as 50% discount, 20% is totally unacceptable. He says no... I say... will you go to 40 then? its my loss more than your gain, that ill trust you not to send me defective parts. He says ...We can do at 25% off at most. I say....what does it cost to replace? He avoids my ? If you wanted replace, you need to only return it back to us. I say....how much would it cost to ship? and what way would i even do it? if i had to do that it would be a few wks til i could get someone to take me somewhere. give me both the replace vs buy another. Again he avoids my ? You need to check with the post office. He won't tell me a price for this item. In Sept I tell him My cousin is coming in from NYC Monday. So I am shipping this back. I haven't had any help all summer, so I'm grateful. Just to double check that it wasn't working. I tried to charge it all evening and no green lights. So yeah it is defective without a question. I am having trouble understanding your address. Not knowing he admitted getting the air bill I sent back with the defective product. Benny says...The tracking number is 9400111899561919896880. Thanks. On Sep 29th 2015. Less than 12 mos of when I bought this nightmare battery. He then screws up saying the package I sent back to him was shipped to me. Did he make an honest mistake, doesn't understand English well, or was he in fact scamming me? The next day I say huh? like what kind of game is he playing? On Sep 30 2015 I said ....I sent back the defective battery. hope I had complete address, we use zip codes here in US On 11/4/2015 I check in with him checking on the status of the replacement battery, it has been over a month since I sent the defective one to you. I think you probably got it a while ago. then he says ....Please let us know your postal address for checking it out for you. Thanks. Acting as if he doesn't know what I'm talking about... on 11/6/ 2015 he says If it is nto arrived, we can only arrange you a resend. Is that ok? resend of? on 11/8/2015 he says The battery When he lies and falls through on 12/21/2015 I send this email to Benny, [email protected],[email protected], d******@cameronsino.com those are key people I see on cameronsinos web site who is the manufacturer of batteries. I feel you & your company lied and misrepresented your failed defective product. You have 30 days from today's date to get me a working replacement for my Archos battery or I will be filing a complaint against your represented company here in the US with BBB & many other online complaint websites. I not only wasted $40 on your product to begin with. But then US Mailed the product out of my country at my own expense, with a promise from you. Dealing with you and your company has been frustrating and has left a very bitter taste in my mouth! I hope this time you will take me seriously if you at all care about the reputation of your company here in The US. Very disappointed shame on you! DS PS I'm not home now, so I would prefer you deliver the battery to the address I'm at for next 2 months. But if you have to deliver to my home address then ok. on Feb 26 2016 just last week I realized I never heard back from them. So I email shame on you, you never replaced it!! I spent postage to mail it back and nothing. I guess i'll have to report you to the bbb here in the US. Then on 2/28/2016 Benny starts with the lies... The item was ordered 2 years ago and unable to replace since it is over the warranty period. Sorry for that. It was ordered in Aug 2014, and recieved in the US Late Sep 2014. I returned it in the 11th month, due to no help from the company getting it back to them. I say to him that is a lie. it was returned in the 11th month. i returned it last sept and you acknowledged it. he says But it still over 1 year warranty. no it wasn't you make excuses for your companies behavior. I am about to give you really bad press. You are a rip off company. i just looked at the email you didn't ship it to me til aug of 14, i didn't get it til 1st part of sep of 14.is $30-40 worth all the negative press i'll give your company for manipulating me and selling me defective product?? He says..Sorry to hear that. But your order is 2 years ago and unable to get it follow up as you wish now. So now the truth is coming out since Benny manipulated me to his own gain, he should be seriously reprimanded for fraudulently misrepresenting his company.
