They took my money $199 for a free 3 days. Said I could bring my ESA. Told me where to register him. That’s not cheap. Filled it out. Called and was told. ESA is not ADA. Whatever. I can’t bring him. I can’t go anywhere without him. Told them that on 2 different calls. Haven’t been apart for 9 years. I’m single. Almost 55 I can’t go anywhere without him. I have a mental disability. They lied. And 2 weeks later. Every one passes the buck or puts me on hold til they close. I’ve been traveling with them for 40 years. They want to screw an old single woman for $200???’!!!
