Lies and Distortions.

February 2018. Air conditioner wasn’t working. Unit is 3 years old and covered under warranty. Technician arrived and said whole coil system had to be removed and replaced. Did not know when they could get the part. Temp in my condo was 77-79 degrees and my daughter , who had asthma, was visiting. After calls to office, I was told it would probably be 5-7 days to get the replacement because it was under warranty and an exchange had to be done along with the paper work. Office called me back and said that the located the part and guarantee it installed the next day between 1-5 pm. Technician arrived at 4pm, opened the box and found it to be the wrong part. After several calls to the office, I was told that the correct pat was located and would be picked up first thing in the morning and be installed. Next day, I called office at 11am and was told that part was being picked up. 12 noon , office called that technician was tied up in traffic and would be there in 1/2 hour. Office called in 1/2 hour to say that there was an accident on I95 and technician would be late. I received excuse after excuse. Left voicemail for owner Mr. Southward about situation and never heard from him. Would not recommend Total to any. You get lies and deceit from the office. Look elsewhere. Look at Pride appliance repair. Still waiting for technician. Horrible service and horrible company.
