They do not run facebook campaigns properly. My dog could run a better campaign if it just stepped on the mouse in one spot on interests and behaviors section since Hibu does not do that. Basically they take your money and let it run on auto pilot. They also weaken your ad spend by stealing a bunch of it without telling you. I called them out and said I was going to start a class action lawsuit and now they won't respond to me User's recommendation: nope.
