AI got a new phone Tuesday. I asked about charges and was told only of $15/month bump in cost for phone. I got a bill with a $30 connection fee. I paid a connection fee when I moved to Freedom 8 months ago. I called to get it reversed, a supervisor actually said its in the contract. Youre responsible for whats in the contract regardless of what you were told by our store employee. Absolutely unbelievable. I left Rogers because of *** fees, lie about charges and *** service. Its no wonder people hate telecom companies with thieving dishonesty like this. hate the thei are User's recommendation: Avoid Freedom at all costs. They’ll soon be owned by Rogers and will get even worse.
