Our contract was to be for 3 years but the contract is sketchy and 60 months was typed in on my copy which is weird because it's a carbon copy of the original, I would have never signed up for 5 years everything else was written in, and then they used the other security systems equipment so now we started having problems with the window and door systems and the alarm goes off for no reason, it went off while we were gone it took us 35 minutes to get home and about 90 minutes later the sheriff showed up yeah how comforting is that, I called and they said they would fix it at no cost that's a lie no one has even called back, so now we don't even set the alarm any more because we just never know when or why it will go off but we are still paying this lying company, so every month I'm going to write a review on face book, you tube and every where else I can until the fake contract is up.
