Lien on car

I had a auto loan with you several years ago. The car has been paid off for about 6 or 7 years. I have never received the title on it. My legal name is Sharon Shiffert and my husband name is Robert Shiffert. The loan was for a 2007 Honda Accord. The VIN # is 1HGCM56817A203089. Can you please fill out the form that is called Lien Satisfied/Legal Owner/Title Holder Release form. The number of the form is REG 166. I am getting rid of the car so can you please fill it out and email it back to me as soon as possible. I do not have the loan # since it has been several years. Thank You Very Much Sherri
