Lied To-Order Delivery & Card Charged Date

Saturday 23 March 2019 I called in and rdered a top from Wrap. I was told it was not available but would be 16 May 2019. I was told my card would not be charged until the top was shipped which would be on/or about 16 May 2019. I look at my account today and my card has been charged the amount of purchase. I call in and the customer service person acted like that was not a problem and the top had been shipped. NO! AND YES, it is a problem. I was prepared to wait for the top until May....I was prepared to wait for my card to be charged in May.....I was prepared to give the company a chance because I NEVER ordered from you before but liked the top. Because this has happened and how it happened you are going to refund me any tax, you are going to refund me shipping and I am not asking I'm telling because this is not cool and you should refrain from doing business like this. If you have any questions or need to know just how serious I am about this complaint....call me; by Monday 01 April 2019 with the answer as to what happen here!
