Lied to and now haven’t received my refund

I would recommend this company as they are a huge scam. We ordered a transmission on June 5th; they say it takes 7-14 business days which is a lie. We called on the 15th business day, and they said oh sorry we shipped it to the wrong place it should be there next week....
