Do not and I mean do not take your vehicle to West Valley Dodge service dept. in West valley City Utah. The service writers and service you receive is horrible. If you enjoy being LIED TO and like wasting your day sitting in a dealership then this is the place for you. I spent 3 hours waiting just to find out what was going on with the recall check on my 2013 Ram. I have bought 5 vehicles there and have had bad experiences at the service dept. every time. They have finally lost my business. Sales is great however service for the most part are rotten liars!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
