Lied and ripped me off

Jacked me up (64 yr old woman with no tickets or accidents in 26 years to $75 a month for liability. I found a cheaper insurance with nationwide. One day after I made my payment I called Safeco to make sure I could get my money back before we going with the new insurance. They said I would not be penalized for changing insurance. Refund they gave me is less than half of what they took out of my bank account 24 hours prior. They say they record all the phone calls. But when you ask him to check into what you were told they just give you a run around. I would warn anybody about going with this company. There are other companies with better rates who don’t literally lie to you on the phone.
