Ordered Phantom Quadcopter that came in a poorly packed box that was partially crushed. Battery charger with Heli was inop, got RMA and returned. Spoke to several staff over three weeks, and got a different answer as to sending replacement or repair. No one there really knew what was going on. Poor accountability, poor record keeping, loss of faith in their business acumen and trust. Staff sounded like high school students that rather keep you on hold while they searched for false info.
