I called to place my order for 3 wigs on Friday, May 20th. I explained to the male representative that I needed the wigs for a wedding by Sat., May 28th, 2011 and I wanted the fastest shipping possible. He told me the fastest shipping they had was expedited shipping for $35. He said if the wigs were in stock, then they would go out on Monday, May 23rd and I should get them by Wed, the 25th and for sure by the 26th. All wigs were in stock. I had the wigs sent to my son's house in Tulsa, where I would be until Sat. No wigs by Friday. I called and the same fella told me I misunderstood everything he said. I was crying because I was so upset and needed the wigs. He was very rude and hung up on me. Sat. passed and no wigs. Monday is memorial day and I will be flying home Tuesday before mail delivery. I will never order from them again, and just hope that my wigs actually do get delivered.
