Lied about amount of bill

They keep increasing the bill without telling you. They just increase the amount paid and do not tell you. They charge too much for taxes and they give rotten service. Their wifi is not good and they have several times when internet or tv has lost power and been off the air for almost an hour and never have an explaination.
