Lie about service and increase price with no notice

I signed up with brinks and was told there was no charge for paper billings. 6 months later they charge 2 dollars. Now they have increased their cost recovery fee by $1. Both times there is no notice that these fees were going to increase. When you call customer service, they can't do anything about it. My system crashed for 3 days with no contact, but they sure notify you within an hour if a battery is low. They are also $20 higher than any other security company around my area. Tried to contact the corporate office with no info on how to do that. I called customer service, and they can't do anything about any of it. Poor, Poor service. Avoid Brinks at all costs. User's recommendation: Never deal with this company.
