Lie about dispatching your hair!

Been waiting 3 weeks for my hair! Still no sign of it? They gave me a tracking code that doesn’t work!! Contacted Royal Mail to find they haven’t sent it to them! They can make tracking numbers without actually dispatching the item. Time wasters! Lost out on £30 yesterday ! Due to having to cancel my extension appointment. Customers service is a joke!
