The Libor rate has steadily decreased and yet my mortgage has not reflected that decrease as it did during the last Libor decrease. Multiple communications with the lender indicates that they are clueless or prevaricators... In addition, the amounts on my statement have mysteriously flipped between the interest and balance payments. User's recommendation: If you find your mortgage transferred find another lender.
