Liberator Medical blames CareCentrix, CareCentrix blames LIberator.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to have an order processed on time and without any issues. They're inconsistent with their procedures and it can take up to 3 months of phone calls before any issues get resolved. Even once an account is set up and situated with all of the updated information, an order does not go through. There is always a hold up. User's recommendation: Have a psychiatrist on speed dial. You're going to need it after dealing with this.
