Update by user May 19, 2017 I had two warranties. One bumper to bumper and an extended. GM refuses to pay for factory broken light that just broke inside of my passenger light but said they would give me a "offer in goodwill" of $100. Then why did I pay additional monies for warranties (one which they are saying expired a month ago) which I received no call informing of and the other where the light isn't covered. The argument is between GM and Chapman, neither wanting to pay for a company malfunction. Original review posted by user May 18, 2017 I purchased a used 2014 in 2015. I was promised a lot of perks. I signed up for extended warranty, bumper to bumper maintenance, the works. I was told I would get free yearly inspections, etc. Well a piece of the light broke off ( a covering) and of course my warranty just expired a month ago, my extended doesnt cover the light. Mind you this is a factory issue not done by me. Ive had it with this dealership.
