Use to take my car to the College Park location in Conroe, TX for oil change, then management changed. I had a hose leak, so I told them I would be back on that, but I actually had my husband take care of it. The next time I went in for an oil change, they tried to tell me the same thing was wrong with my brand new hose, even had me come look at it and show me how "soft" it was when they pressed on it, so it needed to be replaced & they wanted to charge me way more then the dealer.... They must have thought me being female I would not know that when a hose is hot it's gonna be soft....morons! I totally called them out on it in the middle of their shop, and never went back. I absolutely hate this place and hope they lose business.
