They fill out paper work blank and has the caregiver sign. They have in there contracts if a caregiver does not show up they will come themselves immediately. LIE!! Caregivers give 2 wks notice to company and don't tell the client until the last minute. HORRIBLE BUSINESS SKILLS!!! VERY DANGEROUS!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
