I went to Adams homes in park creek to buy a new home. I spoke to the sales rep Jeremy and told him I wanted to buy a house to have three dogs and rescue bully breeds. I asked him If the HOA there had any pet restrictions. He told me “no there would be no issues”. Stupid me; I waited until later to read the HOA rules assuming that I was told the truth. On page 31 it stated two dogs per house hold and no “aggressive breeds” i had to cancel the contract as I was misled about the rules. I lost my $1000 deposit even though the Adams Home representative gave me the wrong info. When I asked Jeremy who his supervisor was he told me he could not tell me that or give their contact information out and if it were up to him he would refund me. These people will tell you whatever you want to hear and avoid you until you give up when there is a problem...
