I called to terminate the electric for a place I rented in Morgantown, WV in the first week of June. I moved and paid the bill on June 7, 2019. However, they did not terminate until June 12, 2019. Then I received a bill July 17, 2019, stating I owe them another bill for $28.16. I called them and their representative who I had to hold for to get a human for 47 minutes, said this was the last bill. The same thing the first representative stated in June.
