LG Product Quality and Customer satisfaction after trouble

2.5 years ago I bought 49" LK5900 PLA Model LG TV for my parents who care a lot about the TV because of the deep functionality of the product. They were not able to use the functions, they were just turning on and off. The warranty was for 2 years and no troubles had happened during this period because they were using very carefully. 6 months after the warranty the TFT monitor of the TV was defected suddenly and service asked $370 to fix which was not fair. They can evaluate the situation under customer satisfaction without asking for some costs because the problem had happened just after 6 months and my parents were using the TV very carefully and no service demand was requested in the past. The problem can be evaluated under bona fides conditions but LG Electronics guys are not gentle against old people for such cases. SO please don't buy products of LG Electronics
