The quality of the material is great - 5 stars. The workmanship is pitiful. So many issues of just sloppy work. I can't believe there is any QA process. Glides falling off, screwed in wrong, nails sticking out, I could go on and on. If you are handy you can fix most issues. Their business model is to just send out a replacement. Luckily I'm doing the work myself and don't have contractors lined up, as replacements take another 6 weeks. Customer service person was friendly ad accommodating. User's recommendation: If you re handy, doing the job yourself and have the time it could work out.
