Lester Raines Honda – Worst Service Department EVER

We have bought Honda vehicles for the past fifteen years. We recently moved to the Charleston area and had to deal with Lester Raines Honda. They have scheduled my car for maintenance on several occasions and not had the parts when I get there. It is a huge inconvenience bringing my car in for service and then have to arrange to bring it back in when they get the correct part. Most recently, they worked on a faulty driver's seat motor. Within the year the plastic seat cover protecting the electric cords etc. snapped and broke. Coincidence, I think not. They refused to replace it. That dealership has the worst service we have ever received from a dealership. Not only because they don't stand behind their work but because they aren't prepared with the right parts when your car is brought in for service.
