Wow, I am amazed at all the customer reviews wherein they appeared to be paralyzed and completely helpless. You have to exert yourself to influence the delivery crew to comply to the delivery agreement. I simply reminded the crew to remove the packing materials before they left my house and they did. They cannot read your mind and as most people they are paid to deliver yours and many other deliveries as fast as they can and may need a helpful reminder. {{Redacted}}
