Does Charmin make or send their lesser quality packages to Sam's Club?? I purchased a package of the mega rolls for approx $30. The rolls were rolled very unevenly and when they were cut into rolls, the edges were jagged. The glue on the end of the rolls was over an inch wide and wasted part of the paper just getting it to unroll. I have never seen a package of Charmin that was rolled in such a sloppy manner. Are these 'seconds' that are being sold at Sam's Club for a premium price???? Jackie Embree 386 871 ****
