With reference to CASE ID [protected] My Lenovo Thinkpad laptop keyboard was not working. So I had given my laptop to Ensure Services a Lenovo Authorised Service center located at Al Khaleej center, Dubai on 03 September 2018 . The Laptop was under warranty. I was assured that the keyboard will be replaced and I can collect it after 7-8 working days. Now, Its almost a month and even I followed up with their customer care who does not have a satisfying response or solution for the Keyboard replacement.
