We purchased an entire kitchen of high-end appliances. The refrigerator was a floor model that was sold with the same warrantee. The refrigerator, is a built-in model and since it was installed, the suction on the door is so strong, it's hard to open the door. We have to wait about 3 minutes in between opening and closing or its sealed shut again. Because we have pulled on it so hard, the custom front is pulling off. It's a nightmare because we have multiple case numbers and no one ever calls back. I would not recommend Pacific Sales to anyone, being in Real Estate in the local market, I will make sure my message gets out.
