Ordered lunch for 2 via telephone for carry out from their lunch menu. My fiance' picked it up. When we unpacked it I asked him how much it all was and he stated over $40. I was WHAT? That can not be!! When I looked at the receipt they did not charge us the lunch prices and dinner. When I called the manager she did not want to credit us or resolve the situation. Her solution was for us to package up all the food, return it, then would I guess repackage it and credit us. RIDICULES. this was not our mistake. She wanted to horribly inconvenience us. PLUS she could not repackage the food and give it back to us because that is a health code violation. If done the right way, she would have to remake it and throw away the food we brought back. How ridicules of an individual this "manager" is. She is clearly a BAD manager...poor customer service on top of wanting to be in violation of health code.
