Lemon Car from Dealer

I brought a 750 Bmw it had previously transmission problems and dealer didn’t show car fax or refusing to acknowledge issues Gate way is trying to stick me balance and refuse to call dealership out for selling a lemon. Need some type of relief due to repairs is much more than car is worth. Never miss payments.
