We have had our RV here more than six weeks for an awning installed. We have not had one call to keep us informed, the installation was incomplete, lacked the shield. Knew we were coming this morning and still had to wait. Customer service seriously lacking. They are very, just can't produce and seriously expensive. Will not come back.
