Leisure Time RV, Oklahoma City, Ok.
Update by user Oct 22, 2012 The owner did return a call when he returned to town. He made sure the trim was replaced and the hitch adjusted properly. It appears this incident was the result of an employee not taking care of business as the owner would have it done and the owner is rectifying the problem. Now that I understand the true nature of what happened I would probably buy from Leisure Time RV again. Original review posted by user Sep 21, 2012 I bought a toy hauler from Leisure Time RV in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. To insure I had no problems I also paid for installation of an equalizer hitch. I did not notice their installation left the front of the trailer 3 1/4 inches lower than the back. This caused my motorcycle to drag over the trim at the rear of the floor bending the trim and pulling it from the floor. When I called the service manager told me that was my problem. I asked to speak to the owner and he either did not get the message or just refused to talk to me. Everyone was friendly before they had my money! Their true colors are out now, buyer beware! leisuretimervok.com
