Do not ever trust anything anyone at Leisure Time RV says, make sure everything is in writing and you get a copy. We took our 5th wheel we purchased from there, in for repairs under extended warranty we purchased from there. We asked for two items to be repaired we knew were not covered under the extended warranty, we were told it would be approximately $160. They had our RV for over a month and 8 days. Every follow up call was made by me, they took over a week to return my call. They never contacted me to tell me all of the repairs except one would not be covered by the extended warranty. When I questioned them about it, I was asked did you not read the sign. Apparently they now charge a $60 diagnostic fee for each repair item. The repair bill was over $450. They ran my battery down again by leaving it turned on. Needless to say I will not EVER be giving them any of my business ever again.
