I would never recommend branford hall to anyone . i was promised a job on paper by branford hall and was given a "set up interview" by the administrator. She told me to go to baystate hospital where i would have a interview by 9:00 am . i sat there in the office at the branford hall as the administrator "made a call to the baystate hospital to set up the interview". A week later on a monday i went and sat for two hours waiting for the interview. A person for the baystate office came out and asked me whati was doing and what i waiting for. I said for the interview that my school administrator set me up for the person looked confuse and said that nobody had set up any interview or called . i told him i saw her on the phone as she set it up . he said no no one had ever called i went back to the school and when i confronted her she said she couldnt talked to me that she was busy and told me to leave. I can go on about many other things that happen in that school like the time i had to go and miss a day for externship to go for an appointment for welfare because i needed it to provide my family and to have money to get back and forth to the site or else i would lose the benefits and food stamps and would have no way to provide for my family or to get to the site that day after the appointment i was told to come to the school where i was belittled called a liar even when i had the proof and they told me i was making it up even when the papers and proof was in front of them. I also was suffering from walking pneumonia and had been in and out of the doctors for it and had proof of that too. They belittled me for that too. Because of that school i had the hardest time finding a job and have had to go without paying my student loan debt for a long time because i dont make enough to pay for it. I have a family and just getting by a low income. Branford hall has given false hope to not only me but to many of my other fellow class mates. We are stuck in debt and connot afford to pay without having to one give up rent and go homeless or not ptovide for our families. Another incident occured back in 2016 when i applied for a job that required my proof of college at branford hall and when i went to get the papers i needed they claimed they had no proof i was ever a student there and it took another office administrator to tract down a bunch of files of my class that was thrown into a corner of the closet file to find what i needed she apologized while the other ones laughed and lied that they had nothing of my information. Til this day i have been trying to seek justice for not only me but for my fellow classmated who were treated poorly and have worked to get nothing but a bad debt to their names. I ask for help and i will give more information over phone including teachers and administrators who have done us wrong and lied to us
