Left us without. Refrigerator for 3 weeks!!!!

Our 2018 Kenmore Elite refrigerator died. AHS sent a technician within a few days. We bought dry ice to protect our fully stocked refrigerator and freezer. The technician was not an authorized Sears technician, so after collecting his deductible, he left. I waited for the supposed Sears approved technician to come. He said the problem was the LG compressor, now under a class action lawsuit for being faulty. He ordered the new part. A week and a half later, I called. I discovered I had been assigned a 3rd contractor! He is not due to come for another week and a half. User's recommendation: We have been a customer for over 20 years. The customer service the last two times has been horrendous. They outsource their call center to overseas, so it’s hard to ever understand the operator. I have repeatedly asked for an American operator from the company, but been denied every time. Today they kept me on hold for over 20 minutes for the supervisor, then was disconnected.
